रत्ननगर, चितवन । जेनजी आन्दोलनका क्रममा गत भदौ २४ गते आगजनी र तोडफोडबाट पूर्ण रूपमा ध्वस्त भएको रत्ननगर–१६ पिठुवास्थित अस्थायी प्रहरी चौकी स्थानीयको सहयोगमा पुनर्निर्माण गरिएको छ।

स्थानीय गोपाल श्रीमलको संयोजकत्वमा गठन गरिएको पुनर्निर्माण समितिले विभिन्न संघ–संस्था, व्यवसायिक फर्म, व्यवसायी तथा देश–विदेशमा रहेका पिठुवाबासीबाट सहयोग संकलन गरी चौकीलाई पुनः निर्माण गरेको हो। कुल ८ लाख २१ हजार रुपैयाँ लागतमा पुनर्निर्माण सम्पन्न भएकोमा ४ लाख ६५ हजार स्थानीयबाट संकलन गरिएको छ भने ३ लाख ५६ हजार रुपैयाँ दायित्व बाँकी रहेको निर्माण समिति सदस्य पुर्षोत्तम लामिछानेले जानकारी दिए।

नव–निर्मित भवनको मेयर प्रलाद सापकोटाले बुधबार एक कार्यक्रमका विच रिबन काटेर उद्घाटन गरे। कार्यक्रममा बोल्दै मेयर सापकोटाले “सरकारले गर्नुपर्ने काम पिठुवाबासीले आफ्नै काँधमा बोकेर पूरा गर्नु गर्वको विषय हो,” भन्दै बाँकी रहेको रकम तिर्न सहयोग गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गरे।

सर्वोच्च अदालतका न्यायाधीशद्वय नहकुल सुवेदी र श्रीकान्त पौडेलको संयुक्त इजलासले हाल जल तथा ऊर्जा आयोगमा रहेका हितेन्द्रको पक्षमा परमादेश दिएको हो ।

भदौ २३ र २४ गते भएको जेन-जी आन्दोलनको बलमा ऊर्जासहित तीवनटा मन्त्रालय सम्हालेका घिसिङले पुरानै प्रतिस्पर्धी शाक्यलाई प्राधिकरणबाट हटाएका थिए ।

आइतबार नख्खु कारागारमा लामिछानेसँगको भेटपछि सञ्चारकर्मीहरूसँग कुरा गर्दै सुनारले देशलाई रवि लामिछानेजस्तो नेतृत्वको आवश्यकता रहेको भन्दै कानुनले मिल्ने भए आफू जेल गएर लामिछानेलाई बाहिर निकाल्न चाहेको बताएका हुन्।

कसैलाई स्टाटस लेखेकै भरमा, कसैलाई कतै केही बोलेको भिडियोको भरमा भने कसैलाई ढुङ्गा बोकेको फोटोको भरमा नागरिकलाई प्रकाउ गर्ने मुद्दा चलाउने क्रम देखिन थालेको छ । यी मध्ये “माथि“को संरक्षण भएकाहरूले त सजिलै उन्मुक्ति पाउने नै छन् । आम जनताले भने मुद्दा किनारा नलागे सम्म हैरानी भोग्ने बाहेक अरु उपाय हुने छैन ।

हो, राज्यका निकायमाथि वर्दी लगाएकाहरूमाथि पनि हमला भएको हो । तर त्यसको पृष्ठभूमि पनि बुझौ न । दशकौदेखिको कुशासन, भर्खरै कलिला युवकहरूको टाउको र छातिमा ताकेर गोली प्रहार भएको देखेको अनि त्यसमाथि नेताहरूको असामयिक भड्काउ अभिव्यक्ति । घटनाको नैतिक जिम्मेवारी लिन पर्नेहरूलाई केही नगरी, शक्तिहिन नागरिकलाई अहिल्यै खोजी खोजी बदला ल्न्छिु भन्न सुहाउछ?

चितवन, मंसिर १९ – जिल्ला कारागारमा क्षमताभन्दा बढी कैदीबन्दी हुँदा त्रिपालमुनि राख्नुपर्ने बाध्यता रहेको छ । कैदीबन्दीमध्ये ३० जना त्रिपालमुनि राख्नुपरेको छ । भवनभित्र सुत्ने ठाउँ अभाव भएपछि उनीहरु त्रिपालमुनि रात बिताउन बाध्य भएका हुन् ।

जेनजी आन्दोलनपछि भागेर फर्किएका कैदीबन्दीमध्ये ४६ जनालाई स्थानान्तरण गर्दा भित्र कोठामा ठाउँ नपुग्दा उनीहरुलाई त्रिपालमुनि राख्न बाध्य भएको हो । कारागार कार्यालयका प्रमुख रविन्द्रप्रसाद ढुङ्गानाका अनुसार भवनभित्र ठाउँ नपुगेपछि अहिले दुई ठाउँमा १५ जनाका दरले त्रिपालमुनि राखिएको छ । कैदीबन्दीको चाप बढेसँगै राख्ने ठाउँको अभावका कारण उनीहरुलाई त्रिपालमुनि राख्नुपरेको हो ।

विगतमा पनि कैदीबन्दी त्रिपालमुनि बस्नुपर्ने अवस्था रहेको बताउँदै उहाँले गत आर्थिक वर्षमा केही ठाउँजस्ता हालेर बनाइएको जानकारी दिनुभयो । चिसो र गर्मीको समयमा त्रिपालमुनि बस्न कैदीबन्दीलाई समस्या हुने गरेको उहाँले बताउनुभयो । उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “भित्र बस्ने ठाउँ प्रयाप्त छैन, त्रिपालमुनि राख्नुपरेको छ, चिसोका कारण बिरामी हुन्छनकी भन्ने डर छ ।”

यस वर्ष त्रिपाल रहेको ठाउँमासमेत जस्ता हाल्ने योजना रहेको उहाँले बताउनुभयो । यस कार्यालयमा हाल ६३० कैदीबन्दी रहेका छन् । यहाँ ५९३ पुरुष र ३७ महिला रहेका छन् । उनीहरुसँग दुई जना आश्रितसमेत रहेका छन् ।
